This fast-paced symposium, led by Dr. William Sandborn, will be a vital update on the role of therapeutic drug monitoring to optimize management plans for Crohn’s disease.
The faculty will review the evidence for TPMT-guided initiation of thiopurines and therapeutic drug monitoring in patients receiving longer term therapy. The role of pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamics assessment in patients receiving anti-TNF therapy will also be discussed, including important new evidence from long-term trials.
This program includes opportunity for discussion so that you can fully consider the clinical implementation of these strategies.
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with Crohn’s disease.
